Inspiring Engagement is a creative consultancy founded by Kaye Thorne and Louise Sinclair.
Through education, consultancy, coaching and creating engaging content we seek to inspire and support learners from the classroom to the boardroom.

Kaye Thorne is a well-respected learning and development consultant, business writer, employee engagement expert and talent coach. She has particular expertise in creativity and innovation and supporting people and organisations that think differently. Much of her experience has been in corporate organisations, acting as a sounding board to senior managers and Directors.
As well as offering individual coaching support to many talented individuals, she has helped organisations develop their talent strategies, identify talent criteria, and create organisation development plans. This has included new product development, sourcing market intelligence, developing web content, and creating internal and external communications. She has also created numerous induction/personal development guides for many in-company development programmes.
Passionate about life-long learning, she is also the author of many learning and development books, including Employee & Customer Engagement Naturally, Everything You Need to Know About Training (Now in 4th Edition), Managing the Mavericks, Essential Guide to Creativity in the Classroom and more.
When not working you will find her walking on the beach taking endless images of waves, and sunsets, or wandering around vintage, or antique shops looking for unusual or unique collectables that she can research to find out more about the maker, or their history.
Louise Sinclair is a digital creative professional, having originally trained in media with a B.A. Hons and worked for over 20 years within a digital environment, as a web designer / developer and creative business owner. As well as having trained both professionally and self-taught, she is continually developing her digital skills. Working both in Higher Education and independently, she has highly developed organisational abilities, content and copywriting skills and has high standards of presentation. She is an energetic, focused, customer-centric problem-solver and passionate about how digital technologies can enhance the user experience. She thrives on taking responsibility and seeing projects through to completion.
When not in the office she enjoys creative pursuits such as painting, drawing, photography and baking with her family.
As well as their wide experience of corporate life, Kaye and Louise like most people, aspire to achieve a lifestyle, which reflects more of a work-life balance. As such they are artists, photographers, writers, interior designers, and collectors. They make a conscious effort to combine work and pleasure and encourage their clients to do the same.
